These terms apply to all orders placed with BLU3 LABS through blu3labs.com, by email, by phone, or through social media. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Custom orders and proofs
Most of our products are made to order. For custom work, we may send a digital proof or mockup for your approval. Production starts only after you approve it. Please check all spelling, names, numbers, colors, and layout — you are responsible for errors on a proof you approved. Colors on screen may look slightly different from the finished product, and engraving, printing, and 3D printing can have small natural variations. These are not defects.
Your artwork and content
By sending us logos, images, text, or designs, you confirm that you own them or have permission to use them, and you agree to hold BLU3 LABS harmless from any claims that your artwork infringes someone else’s trademark, copyright, or other rights. We may refuse any order we believe is offensive, illegal, or infringes someone else’s rights.
Pricing and payment
Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Custom, bulk, and white-label orders may require full or partial payment before production starts. Texas sales tax is added where required. Quotes are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise.
Production time and shipping
Production times are estimates and may vary with order size and workload. We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping rates are shown at checkout. Once your order is handed to the carrier, delivery times are up to the carrier.
Returns and refunds
Please see our Refund & Returns Policy. In short: custom and personalized items can’t be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or different from your approved proof.
Wellness products
Any wellness products we sell are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and statements about them have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Talk to your doctor before use, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition. Some products may be sold only to adults 21 and older.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, BLU3 LABS’s total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits or delays caused by carriers, suppliers, or events outside our control.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Harris County, Texas.
